We are baking Hot Cross Buns for Good Friday and Saturday before Easter, along with Decorated Easter Cookies and our famous Chocolate-Chocolate Bunny Cookies, Cassata al Forno, Cardamom Bread, and other delicious desserts.
Pacific Sourdough is a small artisan bakery located next to Alsea Bay on the Oregon Coast. We create natural leavened sourdough breads, delicious pastries and specialty desserts, all made from scratch. All of the breads and pastries are handmade in small batches. They contain no preservatives or artificial ingredients. We use sustainable northwest grown wheat flours, organic nuts, spices, and seeds and the best fruits of the seasons.
Our Bread Schedule
Everyday - Classic Sourdough, Sourdough Baguette, Sourdough Batard/Seeded Batard, Herb Focaccia, Sourdough Pretzel Rolls.
Thursdays - Toasted Onion Sourdough, Pain de Campagne (sourdough French country loaf), Limpa Rye, Whole Wheat Buttermilk, Swedish Solstice.
Fridays - 1st and 3rd Friday is Hazelnut, 2nd and 4th Friday is Cranberry Walnut, Sourdough Malted Barley, Semolina, Struan Sandwich loaf.
Saturdays - Kalamata Olive Sourdough, Lemon Rosemary Sourdough, Multi-Grain Sourdough, Caraway Rye, Cinnamon Raisin.
However some varieties subject to change, bakers choice and seasonality.
Limited hours, hard to find but worth searching out and getting something wonderful!
