Katie and her husband Mike, the bakers and owners of Pacific Sourdough, sell fresh baked breads and pastries at the Saturday Farmers' Market in Newport and the Corvallis Indoor Winter Market. Market shoppers will find a wide variety of handcrafted Pacific Sourdough breads and specialty pastries baked fresh that day (often still warm from the oven!) and can enjoy the seasonal offerings and inspirations of the bakers exclusive to the Farmers’ Market venue.

The Fairgrounds Farmers Market, indoors at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, Saturdays from 10 to 2 thru March 2013.  NE 3rd and Harney streets, Newport.

2013 Corvallis Winter Market Saturdays,  from 9 to 1 every Saturday thru April 13th.  The Corvallis Indoor Winter Market is located at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Guerber Hall, off of 53rd street in Corvallis.

And now you can come to the bakery at 740 NE Mill street on Thursdays from 10 to 3 and by fresh bread and pastry right where it is made!

Pacific Sourdough can also be purchased in Newport at JC Thriftway and Oceana Co-op, delivered fresh each Thursday afternoon.

Katie and Mike also make the house bread for The Bay House Restaurant in the Taft area of Lincoln City, Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach,  the ciabatta bread for the delicious sandwiches at Heidi's Homemade Italian Specialties in Yachats. the multi-grain sandwich bread at The Green Salmon in Yachats and the sourdough bread at Luna Sea Fish House in Yachats.  Panache restaurant in Newport serves the sourdough multigrain bread.

Mike sells grilled artisan pizza at the Newport Farmers Market in summer. Enjoy thin, crisp style pizza with Market fresh toppings. Follow your nose to Pacific Sourdough HOT!
