Katie, the baker and owner of Pacific Sourdough sells fresh baked breads and pastries at the Saturday Farmers' Market in Newport and the Wednesday Farmers' Market in Corvallis. Market shoppers will find a wide variety of handcrafted Pacific Sourdough breads and specialty pastries baked fresh that day (often still warm from the oven!) and can enjoy the seasonal offerings and inspirations of the baker exclusive to the Farmers’ Market venue. Pacific Sourdough can also be purchased in Newport at JC Thriftway and Oceana Co-op, delivered fresh each Thursday afternoon. Katie also makes the house bread for Quimby's Restaurant in Newport and The Bay House Restaurant in the Taft area of Lincoln City as well as the ciabatta bread for the delicious sandwiches at Grand Occasions in Yachats.
